Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at OFFYOUGLOW! We want you to love your new products.

Change of Mind Returns Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the hygiene seal intact.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return. Once the hygiene seal is broken or the packaging has been opened, we are unable to accept the return for health protection reasons.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at offyouglowcosmetics@gmial.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
